Business Development Recruiter
Duties
- Source qualified candidates to fill job orders for clients
- Inform candidates about job roles, including duties, expectations, skills and experience required
- Execute sales strategies to discover clients and identify their needs
- Sell SRI’s comprehensive suite of solutions - retained search, contingent search, contract, and direct search
- Successfully facilitate negotiations with stakeholders
- Drive clear objectives to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty
- Effectively collaborate in a fast-paced and performance-based team environment
- Establish and grow a portfolio and pipeline of diverse businesses
Requirements and Competencies
- Must be results oriented with strong work ethic and stamina
- Excellent communication skills; verbal, and written
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative aptitude
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects with an attention to detail
- Track-record of owning your day and demonstrating a self-directed approach
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
